Program summaries should include information you have learned about a program, for example:
impressions of the PD, APDs, other faculty/attendings
impressions of the residents
culture of the program, pressure on residents to read quickly
exposure to procedures, how do readouts work, moonlighting available etc.
hospital characteristics: size, trauma, pediatric exposure, community/academic/mixed etc.
types/number of spots available, ESIR available

Level 1 trauma with transplant and cancer center. Some VA rotations. Major referral center for N central FL and S GA. Residents see everything. Very collegial reading rooms and fun faculty who enjoy teaching. Resident classes get along very well and have a good relationship with their attendings.
11-12 per class. Resident read lots and do lots of procedures. 2 ESIR and 2 independent IR fellows do most VIR work. Neuro fellows do CT procedures. Otherwise all Procedures done by residents.
