impressions of the residents

hospital characteristics: size, trauma, pediatric exposure, community/academic/mixed etc.
types/number of spots available, ESIR available
Pennsylvania - Philadelphia
Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Program
No fellows. Match to UPenn consistently. Peds rotation with CHOP. 30-minute lunch break for all residents with no expectation of duties. Great because it is in addition to the 1-hour lecture.
Residents didn't seem too happy. Located in the basement so no windows. -- I never really understood the extent to which this is a negative comment; like how many reading rooms actually have windows?
Unsure of food stipend.
No food stipend except some funds when on call for a certain amount of time
Yes ? ? very limited, essentially none overheard residents saying some made 100k on top of their salary. Can only moonlight if you do the prelim med at Einstein. 10 hour shift where you basically work as a hospitalist on a non-teaching service
