New York - New York
New York Presbyterian Hospital (Columbia Campus) Program
Overall top 20 in the country (Doximity)
Hospital: U.S. News 2019-20 Best Hospitals Honor Roll
Setting: New York City ranked #10 in Niche 2019 Best Cities for Young Professionals.
- Interviewed last year and was very impressed. Very supportive PD. Largest of the NYP campuses with exposure to really diverse pathology given strength of clinical departments, pediatrics at CHONY, and location in NYC. Seemed on the upswing with new investments in new PACS and MRIs.
- Manhattan is expensive especially if you have a family (program offered housing, Washington Heights seemed more affordable than most other Manhattan areas, and remember hearing that moonlighting was good)
